Skaggs is family-owned and operated, which means when you choose Skaggs Collision, you will be working directly with us, the owners—we’ll never give you the runaround or push you off to an anonymous operator in a call center. Not only will you get one-on-one communication from us, but we will also work directly with your insurance company, on your behalf, to ensure your repairs are taken care of without any additional stress to you. We work with all insurance companies, but, at Skaggs, we work for you.

Understanding Your Insurance

You get to choose where your auto body repairs are made. At Skaggs Collision we understand working with auto insurance companies can be a challenge. On top of the stress of being in an accident that leaves your vehicle damaged, dealing with insurance claims can add even more stress. While your insurance company can make suggestions on where to get your auto body repair, it is up to you to choose where you would like to take your vehicle for repairs. In our experience, the initial estimate done by insurance adjusters tends to be a lower estimate and inadequate to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. Once we are able to look at your car and do an in-depth analysis of the damage we can provide supplemental estimates on the work needed. Skaggs Collision will work hard to give you a hassle-free experience and this includes helping with the insurance negotiation and management during your claim. We are on your team!
